She is designing and implementing Help Net which provides services to patients and plans customer strategy in the pharmacy networking. She is responsible for administration of loyalty programs, quality management and customers care services in Help Net Pharmacies. Help Net Farma is a Romanian company and a member of Farmexim-Help Net-Green Net, who has been operating for 12 years in one of the most important pharmacy networks in Romania with more than 1100 points of presence and more than 900 employees and a monthly traffic of more than 600,000 clients.
